Prep produce: Wash the spinach, core and chop the apple, and chop the cucumber. Scoop the avocado flesh.
Layer the blender: Add coconut water first, then spinach, cucumber, apple, avocado, lemon juice, ginger, and salt. This helps the blades catch.
Blend until smooth: Start on low, then increase to high for 30–45 seconds.
Add ice for chill and thickness, and blend again.
Taste and adjust: Add a little more lemon for brightness, a drizzle of honey for sweetness, or a splash more liquid for a thinner texture.
Serve right away: Pour into a chilled glass for the best flavor and color.
